At Papa's Scooter, we are committed to delivering your customized T-shirts safely and promptly. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when you’ll receive your order.

 Order Processing Time

  • All customized T-shirts are made to order.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment and design confirmation.

  • Production timelines may vary based on order volume, especially during festive seasons.

 Shipping Time & Delivery

  • We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your package is dispatched.

 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 (Free for orders above ₹999 - inclusive in bill)

  • Express Shipping: ₹150 (Available on select PIN codes - special request only over email)

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will get:

  • A tracking number

  • Courier partner name

  • Expected delivery date

Track your order anytime using the tracking link provided.

 Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, weather conditions

  • Strikes, transport interruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

We will, however, assist you in coordinating with the courier service in such cases.

 Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

  • We will re-ship it after reconfirmation of the address.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.
